These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BB44 online gaming platform, accessible at https://bb44.casa ("the Platform", "BB44", "we", "us", or "our"). BB44 is an English-language online gaming platform designed and operated specifically for the Malaysian market, providing live casino, sports betting, slot games, table games, and related gaming services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on BB44, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the BB44 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

BB44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of BB44 following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on BB44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not doing so on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on BB44 or any other platform operated by or affiliated with BB44.
• You have not previously had an Account on BB44 suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a BB44 employee or contractor, unless BB44's written consent has been provided.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept the financial risk associated with gambling, and you are not registering for the purpose of resolving financial hardship.

BB44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on BB44. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. BB44 will close all duplicate accounts and reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with those accounts.

BB44 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Players should refer to the cashier section of their Account for current minimums applicable to each channel.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• BB44 does not impose fees on deposits made via local Malaysian payment channels. Network fees for cryptocurrency deposits are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits are credited to player Accounts promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallets are typically instant; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically clear within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation, which may take 15–30 minutes depending on network congestion.
• BB44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it believes the payment is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. BB44 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, though these are indicative and not contractually guaranteed:

• E-Wallet Withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed in under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX Withdrawals: typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Higher-value or first-time withdrawals may be subject to additional review.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name and previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified payment method added and confirmed through the KYC process. BB44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

BB44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict. The following general bonus conditions apply to all BB44 promotions unless stated otherwise:

All bets placed on BB44 — whether on sports events, live casino tables, slot games, or any other gaming product — are subject to the game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant game lobby or sports betting interface. In addition, the following general betting rules apply:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance, except where explicitly permitted by the game or event rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• BB44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets where manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters were displayed due to a technical fault. Players will be notified, and any staked amounts will be returned to their Account Balance.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated in accordance with the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted, as confirmed in the bet slip or bet confirmation. For in-play and live betting markets, the odds accepted at the moment of bet placement apply.
• BB44 markets covering EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, AFC Champions League events, and UFC bouts are subject to the event-specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to significant on-field developments.
• The use of any automated betting software, betting bots, or any system designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times when using the BB44 Platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with BB44 staff or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated manipulation of game outcomes on live tables or in multi-player game environments.
• Registering multiple accounts, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the BB44 Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime, including the processing of funds of unlawful origin through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit any software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the BB44 Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication with BB44 support staff or other players.

BB44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this Section, and to refer the matter to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

BB44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with recognised responsible gambling principles. We encourage all players to gamble for entertainment purposes and to maintain control over their gambling activities.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools directly within their Account settings at any time, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusions are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net session activity.

All content on the BB44 Platform — including but not limited to the BB44 brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive property of BB44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BB44 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership right, title, or interest in BB44's intellectual property to any Player.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any BB44 Platform content, game code, odds data, or branding materials without prior written authorisation from BB44 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BB44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, or service interruptions.

BB44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or connectivity issues may temporarily affect Platform availability. BB44 will endeavour to restore services promptly and will communicate material outages to players where practicable.

BB44's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

BB44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other BB44 policy document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other unlawful activity.
• Registration of duplicate accounts or other forms of bonus abuse.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the age eligibility requirement of 21 years or older.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon Account closure for a breach of these Terms, BB44 may, at its discretion, withhold any bonus-derived winnings and remaining Bonus Funds. Real-money balances (excluding those under active investigation or subject to a legal hold) will generally be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required review, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting BB44 support. Remaining real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures and timelines.

BB44 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature — such as changes to eligibility criteria, fee structures, or core player rights — BB44 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent Platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, and updates to reflect regulatory or legal changes, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision date.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the BB44 Platform immediately and contact support to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of any available real-money balance. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
